The National Child Traumatic Stress Network
The mission of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network is to raise the standard of care and improve access to services to traumatized children, their families, and communities throughout the United States.The Network is funded by the Center for Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, US Department of Health and Human Services through a congressional initiative: the Donald J. Cohen National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative. The network offers training and education and resources. It also provides valuable information on the various trauma types.
